Evaluation, MOdélisation and PIlotage

The Evaluation, MOdélisation and PIlotage hub has two dimensions. The first concerns training in methods and tools for collecting, processing et analysing data (particulary data learning and learning analytics), with the view to strengthening the management of training systems, more particulary in relation to the following priorities :

  1. engineering design and management methods,
  2. the digital transformation of organisations,
  3. the effects of the measures on adult learners, particularly in the workplace.

The second dimension concerns the creation of training resources and the contribution to the development of software that can be used by students and adult education professionals (packages compatible with the R language), allowing in particular the creation of dashboards (self-monitoring of learners and/or pedagogical management of systems).

This R&D pole in pedagogical innovation is under the responsibility of Jean Heutte, University Professor in Education and Training Sciences, Adult Education and Training Sciences Component (SEFA) of the University of Lille, CIREL Laboratory (ULR 4354), Trigone team.
